DOODLE "WHAT MAKES ME Unique"

6 Easy Steps to Enter:
We're so excited to see your amazing doodles this year! Students can work with any materials or format they choose, but all doodles must be entered into the contest as a video or photo submission (highlighting the doodle and artist's statement), using the Doodle4SCDSB Google Classroom. 

The contest is open for entries until February 26, 2016, so here's some information to help you get started now:

1. JOIN the "Doodle4SCDSB" Google Classroom with the code: f8uedd (for help and tutorials on how to join a google classroom and post submissions, please scroll down the page).
2. PREPARE: Consider using some of the Doodle4SCDSB classroom activities with your class in advance of creating the final products.
3. DOODLE: Have artists create their doodles using any materials that they want.
4. COMPOSE:  
• Have students compose an artist's statement for their piece using the checklist below as a reference:


5. COLLECT:  
• Have students create a short video about their art that clearly shows their art piece as the image and uses their spoken artist's statement as the sound.OR
• Have students take a photo of their art and a photo of their written artist's statement.
6. UPLOAD: Save the photos or video and post each student's separately to the stream in the "Doodle 4 SCDSB" Google Classroom. Be sure to include:
